वह लड़की हाथ से अपने अंगों को ढककर लगभग 15 किलोमीटर तक चलती रही और यह स्पष्ट रूप से दिख रहा था कि उसके अंगों से खून बह रहा था। उसने कई घरों में सहायता के लिए लोगों से कहा लेकिन लोगों ने अनसुना कर दिया। वह कपड़ा माँग रही थी लेकिन किसी ने नहीं दिया।

एक स्थान पर तो एक व्यक्ति उस लड़की को किसी कुत्ते की तरफ़ अपने घर से दूर हटा रहा है। ऐसे लोग यदि हमारे समाज में सभ्य नागरिक होने का नाटक करके हमारे बीच में रह रहे हैं तो आप कल्पना करिए कि हम कैसे लोगों के बीच रह रहे हैं? ऐसे असंवेदनशील लोग बलात्कारियों के बराबर अपराधी हैं।
